In Maidstone we support younger people with learning disabilities with their transition to adult services. We have a service to support people to have fun, socialise with others and to access community activities. We also have a service that gives younger people the opportunity to gain work and vocational skills.

We have eleven social enterprises that operate as a small business. People are supported to work as volunteers and paid employees within the enterprise, gaining real work-related skills. We also support people to find part-time or full-time work outside of the enterprise as soon as they are ready. In Maidstone and Staplehurst we run Growing Concern - an enterprise that provides produce for sale, watering contracts and gardening maintenance services.
