There are lots of different ways you can give your comment, feedback or complaint.
You don't have to let the support staff know and you can also give your feedback anonymously.

We will acknowledge your feedback either in writing or on the phone (whatever is easiest for you).
We will always try to get back to you within 28 days from the date we received your feedback/comment/complaint.
