Supported living accommodation

Maidstone Road

Chatham, Kent
 

This service supports people with mental health needs within 11 studio flats. Tenants make choices about their home, social life and education/employment opportunities. We support people to manage their mental wellbeing and be more independent.

Tenants will be assessed to the level of support needed and staff are on hand between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Some weekend support is available.

Tenants will be responsible for maintaining their tenancy, which will be up to one year and then supported to live more independently elsewhere.

South Canterbury Road

Canterbury, Kent
 

The property is situated in a residential area and is only a 10 minutes' walk to the local shops. There are 6 bedrooms and one of these has an en-suite. There is a large garden and the tenants enjoy growing vegetables in the small vegetable patch.

Staff support is available weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm and weekends between 10am and 4pm. On-call support is available outside of these hours.

"We support people to maintain a tenancy, meet their cultural needs and access community activities. We hold monthly evaluations and 6 monthly reviews with the tenants, to make sure they are happy with where they live and that they are achieving their goals." Team Leader.

St James Road

Gravesend, Kent

This detached property is in a quiet residential area and very close to the train station, town centre and supermarkets. There is a very large garden, 2 bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, lounge and conservatory. The service supports 4 people and tenants receive up to 12.5 hours' support per week.

All support is aimed towards mental health recovery and we will support tenants to move on to independent living within 2 years.

Ferndown CloseFerndown Close

Ferndown Close is a modern purpose-built property that supports people with mental health needs.

There are 6 self-contained flats and tenants will have access to a range of assistive technologies, including door entry video system. Each flat has a lounge area, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The property also contains a communal lounge, kitchen and good-sized garden.

Our current tenants access a variety of different clubs in our local community, such as befriender services, peer support groups, college, local gym, swimming centres, Growing Together and MAP.

Wimborne Road

Southend on Sea, Essex

Wimborne Road is a supported living service for 6 adults with mental health needs. Tenants have their own bedroom and share communal rooms, which include a living room, dining room, a kitchen and a small reception room. There is also a well-kept garden.

Our current tenants access a variety of different clubs in our local community, such as befriender services, peer support groups, college, local gym, swimming centres, Growing Together and MAP.

We regularly check the service for quality, so that you receive the best possible support. We hold monthly evaluations, 6-monthly reviews and you can use the GRiST risk assessment tool.

Maidstone Road

Available to people funded by: Medway Council

This modern property has 5 self-contained flats set in picturesque Rochester. You will be supported to make choices about your home, social life, education and employment opportunities. All support is aimed towards your mental health recovery. Staff are available from 9am until 5pm weekdays and some support is available weekends, dependent upon support needed.

Staff are on hand 24 hours a day and provide support to people so that they can live more independently.

Chapel Hill

Chapel Hill is a registered care accommodation service, providing 24 hours support for people living in the London Borough of Bexley. The property is within walking distance of local shops, health services and public transport.

Chapel Hill is made up of 3 properties supporting 21 people. There are also supported living services on the same site. Residents have their own bedroom and can use the communal lounge and dining area. 19 bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

You will be supported to make choices about your home, social life, education and employment opportunities. All support is aimed towards your mental health wellbeing. Rectory LodgeRectory Lodge

Rectory Lodge is a registered service for 12 adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. Each resident has their own room with en-suite shower and shares communal areas including lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and activities room. You will receive 24 hours support. Rectory Lodge is in a residential area and within walking distance to the library, leisure centre, Pitsea market and local shops.
