Arnold House is made up of 4 self-contained flats, each containing 5 bedrooms. The property is fully accessible with walk-in wetrooms and baths with chair hoists.

There are lots of communal areas for residents and a very large garden. Ideally situated close to public transport, Arnold House is just a minute’s walk from local shops, a small supermarket and restaurants.

We will support you to make your own decisions and choices. You will receive 24 hours support and we also provide waking night staff.

Red House Lane

This detached bungalow is ideally situated close to local shops, pubs and restaurants. The property is fully accessible with an assisted bathroom which has an overhead tracking hoist.

Each resident has their own bedroom and has use of the communal areas which include a kitchen and lounge. We encourage residents to access the local community, and they currently enjoy going swimming, shopping and visiting Danson Park, which is only a short drive away.

You will receive 24 hours support and there is waking night staff available. We can support people with sensory and physical disabilities.

Lower Robin Hood Lane

Robin Hood Lane supports 5 people within this bungalow. The large back garden has been planted with sensory flowers and herbs, and there is a greenhouse and small area for planting vegetables. Communal areas include lounge, kitchen and conservatory.

We encourage people to go out into the community and there is a bus stop just outside. We often use the hydrotherapy pool at Strood sports and leisure centre and we enjoy trips out to the theatres in Chatham and Maidstone. One of our favourite trips is on the Kingfisher boat to go on the Romney and Hythe steam train. We provide 24 hours support and wake-in night staff are available.

Tunbury Avenue

Tunbury Avenue is a large bungalow supporting 4 adults with learning disabilities. Set on one level, the property is fully accessible. Residents have their own bedroom and share communal rooms such as kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is a large, well-maintained garden with patio.

Tunbury Avenue is located in a residential area. With a large supermarket 10 minutes’ drive away, the property has good transport links into Chatham and Maidstone.
We regularly check the service for quality, so that you receive the best possible support. This service is also checked by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our current CQC rating is good.

Sussex Avenue

Sussex Avenue is a purpose-built bungalow supporting 10 adults with multiple physical and learning disabilities. The bungalow has two communal lounges, two dining areas and a sensory stimulation room.

With 10 private bedrooms, the bungalow is equipped with two assisted bathrooms with overhead hoists , two shower rooms and additional toilets.

Situated within easy reach of the town centre, Sussex Avenue is also close to all other local shops and community facilities. You will receive 24 hours support and we also provide wake-in night staff.

Benham Lodge

Benham Lodge provides 24-hour support for 9 individuals. This large double-fronted detached house is wheelchair accessible and is situated in a busy residential area in Gravesend and is close to the main bus routes going to Dartford and Bluewater.

Howard Goble House is a purpose-built residential service that opened in 2006. The unit contains registered care support as well as supported living. This vacancy is within the supported living model of support. There are 10 self-contained flats in the unit. People will be supported to live more independently.

Polder House supports 5 people with learning disabilities. Each tenant will have their own flat, with lounge/diner, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The open plan design and lift makes the property accessible. We have vacancies on the ground floor and second floor. The flats are provided unfurnished, except for white goods, which are provided by Advance Housing (landlord).

Tenants from Polder House benefit from a great location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, cafes, Medway Park swimming and sports centre and Great Lines park.

We provide sleep-in support, which is shared amongst the other tenants. We regularly check the service for quality, so that you receive the best possible support.

Carholme Road

Available to people who are eligible for funding through their local authority or who are self-funded

Carholme Road provides individual supported living accommodation for 4 adults with learning disabilities. Good transport links and access to local amenities support increased independence and access to local community resources. Sleep-in staff are available if needed.

Wheelock Close

Only available to people funded by: London Borough of Bexley
This modern purpose-built property has 7 self-contained flats, with communal areas. The building is wheelchair accessible and has a lift. There is also a large garden (split into 3 areas). There are good transport links, with Barnehurst train station being the closest.

Staff are on hand between 8am and 7pm daily and on-call support is available outside of these hours. You will be assessed to the level of support you need.

Mill House

Mill House is a newly developed supported living service for adults aged 18+. Mill House has 7 spacious and modern self-contained flats. Each flat has a new kitchen, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath or shower. There is a small communal garden and patio area and a lift, making it fully accessible.
