Registered care

Sussex Avenue

Sussex Avenue is a purpose-built bungalow supporting 10 adults with multiple physical and learning disabilities. The bungalow has two communal lounges, two dining areas and a sensory stimulation room.

With 10 private bedrooms, the bungalow is equipped with two assisted bathrooms with overhead hoists , two shower rooms and additional toilets.

Situated within easy reach of the town centre, Sussex Avenue is also close to all other local shops and community facilities. You will receive 24 hours support and we also provide wake-in night staff.

Beehive

Ilford, Essex
This vacancy is available to people who are eligible for funding through their local authority or who are self-funded.

Beehive provides 24 hours registered care support for adults with learning disabilities. The property is newly decorated and is bright and airy. Each resident has their own bedroom and share communal rooms such as lounge, kitchen and conservatory. There is also a good sized and very spacious garden. Situated in a residential area, Beehive within walking distance to banks, shops, restaurants, parks and Gants Hill tube station. Our latest inspection report rated Beehive as good.

The Haven

The Haven is both a registered care home which provides 24-hour residential care for 4 adults with learning disabilities and supported living for 3 individuals with learning disabilities. 

The registered and supported living elements of the service are delivered separately within the same building. There are good local transport networks.

Arnold House is a large spacious building containing purpose built flats with wheelchair access providing registered care accommodation for 20 adults with learning disabilities. There are good transport links and the service benefits from a large garden.

Supported Living

Willington Street

Maidstone, Kent
Willington Street is a supported living service for 3 adults with learning disabilities. Situated close to Maidstone town centre and Mote Park, the property is a short walk away from local shops. You will be assessed on the level of support you need, which will vary dependent on the person. Staff will support you to make your own decisions and choices. You will benefit from a support plan that will focus on increasing your life skills and independence. Support plan reviews take place at least twice a year and you will be fully involved in setting your own goals for your future. We will support you to develop independent living skills and to fully participate in your local community.

Mill House

Mill House is a newly developed supported living service for adults aged 18+. Mill House has 7 spacious and modern self-contained flats. Each flat has a new kitchen, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath or shower. There is a small communal garden and patio area and a lift, making it fully accessible.

Gravel Hill Close

Gravel Hill Close is a 2 bedroom large property set within the local community. Close to the A2 and with excellent transport links, this property is fully accessible with large garden that includes a ramp that leads to the bottom of the garden. The new tenant will have a good-sized bedroom and sole use of the bathroom. There are communal areas on the ground floor and include a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lift in the dining room leads up to the one of the bedrooms. We will support the tenant 24hours with sleep-in support.
