Peppercorns is a centre in the heart of Dartford providing a hub of activities for adults with learning disabilities and autism. They celebrated their 10th anniversary at the centre, attended by the Mayor, Councillor Rosanna Currans, with a sing-along sign-along to True Colours from The Trolls, speeches from people who use the centre and the day finished with a montage of scenes from their previous shows by their Dramarama club.

There’s lots to do at Peppercorns, including computer skills, cooking, art, music lessons, sports, as well as a nightclub once a month at Industry.

“I love coming here, it’s a laugh. I enjoy doing the drama club and in our next show, The Jungle Book, I’m going to be an elephant.” Linda Austin (pictured here holding a mug).

The Jungle Book will be performed on Saturday 16 September 5pm at St Vincent’s RC Church Hall. Call 01322 293312 for tickets.
